PUNA Resources Licence & Terms of Use

By purchasing, downloading or accessing a PUNA Resources product, the purchaser agrees to the following licence terms.

1. Licence provided

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, each school or early learning product includes a single-school or single-centre licence.

This licence allows the purchasing school or early learning centre to use the resource across all classes and teaching teams operating at that site. The licence is non-exclusive and non-transferable.

Organisations operating across multiple schools, centres or separate sites require a licence for each location. Please contact PUNA Resources to discuss multi-site licensing.

2. Permitted use

The purchasing school or early learning centre may:

• Share the resources and resource links with staff working at the licensed school or centre.

• Store the resources on a secure internal school or centre system.

• Print and reproduce the resources as reasonably required for staff and learners enrolled at the licensed school or centre.

• Display and use the resources in classrooms, staff professional learning and other educational activities within the licensed school or centre.

• Share resources with enrolled learners through a secure, password-protected learning platform that is not publicly accessible.

• Make reasonable adaptations for the learning needs of enrolled learners, provided PUNA Resources branding and copyright information are retained.

Relieving teachers, teacher aides and other education professionals may use the resources while working with learners at the licensed school or centre.

3. Use that is not permitted

PUNA Resources products, files, videos and access links must not be:

• Shared with another school, early learning centre, organisation or individual outside the licensed site.

• Forwarded to staff for use at another place of employment.

• Uploaded to a publicly accessible website, social-media page, shared drive, online resource library or public learning platform.

• Sold, resold, sublicensed, rented or included in another paid product or service.

• Distributed through professional networks, teacher groups, personal mailing lists or social-media groups.

• Republished, copied or presented as the purchaser’s own work.

• Used to create resources for sale or wider distribution.

• Edited to remove PUNA Resources branding, copyright notices or other identifying information.

Purchasing a resource does not transfer ownership of its copyright or intellectual property.

4. Links and digital access

Links supplied within PUNA Resources documents are provided for use by authorised staff and learners at the purchasing school or centre.

Principals and authorised staff may distribute these links internally as part of prepared staff emails or through secure internal systems. Links must not be published publicly or shared outside the licensed school or centre.

If a resource link is accidentally shared publicly, please contact PUNA Resources promptly so appropriate steps can be taken to protect the resource.

5. Copyright and ownership

All PUNA Resources products—including written content, lesson plans, videos, presentations, worksheets, activities, illustrations, designs and associated materials—remain the intellectual property of PUNA Resources and are protected by applicable copyright law.

Payment provides permission to use the resources under the conditions of this licence. It does not transfer copyright ownership to the purchaser.

6. Duration of the licence

Unless a product page specifies a particular subscription or access period, the licence permits ongoing use by the original purchasing school or centre, subject to these terms.

The licence cannot be transferred to another school, centre or organisation.

7. Breach of licence

PUNA Resources reserves the right to suspend or revoke access where resources are deliberately shared, resold, published or distributed in breach of these terms.

If your school or organisation requires permission beyond the scope of this licence, please contact PUNA Resources before sharing or reproducing the materials.
